Odyssey PC2250 Drycell Battery
The PC2250 Odyssey Battery is a 12 volt 2250CA/1225CCA 126 Ah drycell AGM battery with 3/8″ stud and an SAE automotive terminal. It is concidered a BCI group size 6T but you can put into a series to have the same dimensions as an 8D only to have twice the cranking power of a traditional one. Though the Ah rating will be comparable. The BCI group size 8D are found in many foreign and domestic vehicles manufactured the world over. Vehicles to include but not limited to police, fire rescue, marine, and heavy truck trucks. This PC2250 Odyssey Battery is comprised of drycell technology. It is still considered an AGM battery and one that packs a punch! With 2250 ca cranking amps and 1225 cca cold cranking amps this PC2250 Odyssey Battery is a tough one. All Odyssey batteries are true deep cycle batteries capable of incredible cycle life. (meaning they can be discharged and recharged hundreds of times) Over 400 times to be exact without any decrease in capacity of cranking power making it one of the best marine batteries on the market for its size. Odyssey’s design prevents the internal plates from corrosion and sulfating, the main cause for battery failure.
