Description
The Odyssey PC535 is a 12 volt 535CA/200CCA 14.8 Ah drycell battery w/ male brass terminals. It’s military grade “pure lead” design allows the battery to be discharged completely and recharged for over 400 times without damaging the battery. The PC535’s pure lead construction aids in preventing the number one cause for battery failure; sulfating to the internal plates. The Odyssey is capable of being charged with voltages up to 15.2 and 25 amps, making for a very fast recharge time. We recommended using one of the Odyssey Ultimizer charges shown below but any conventional battery charger/alternator will do.

How so much power is possible

Packed with more power
Like many popular spiral-wound batteries, ODYSSEY Extreme Series batteries employ dry cell Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) technology, allowing the battery to be installed even on its side. But the densely packed flat plates in an ODYSSEY Extreme Series battery avoid the “dead space” between cylinders in a “six pack” design. The result is 15% more plate surface area — and that translates to more power!
