If you have any issues with your DPI golf cart battery charger, this is the process to follow for the manufacturer’s warranty.
If your charger has issues within 30 days from date of purchase, we will help you submit the info, so call us at 772-444-2280 or email us at BP@PetesPower.com.
After 30 days from date of purchase, you will need to submit the info to DPI directly.
DPI wants to know:
The model and serial number should be on the 3rd and 4th lines of writing on the side of the charger.
They will send you an RMA tag to pick up the old charger and will ship a new one to you directly from DPI.
After selling hundreds if not thousands of DPI chargers, we have only ever had one actual issue that required a warranty return. Most of the time it’s a problem with the on board computer (OBC) or with the batteries or just plain crossed wires. We can help you diagnose the issue and hopefully get you up and running without jumping through hoops to wait for a replacement. Don’t hesitate to call, we’re happy to help.
