Special Note:,/h3> This is based on the manufacturers warranty in place. You will need to reach out to Johnson Controls or Optima Battery directly if you are having issues with your battery. Luckily for you, BatteryPete is an Authorized dealer in the dealer network. You will be asked immediately if you still have a proof of purchase of your Optima Battery. They will want to qualify that you did in fact purchase the battery and that it was purchased from an Authorized dealer (like Battery Pete). If not – you are SOL (Simply Out of Luck).
