For example, if you have a (6)8V batteries in your cart, then you have a 48V (6x8V=48V) system and will need a charger which offers 48 volts. It really is that simple.

Next, you will need to find the plug which is right for your golf cart. Look closely at the receptacle on your cart, and make sure you pick a charger that matches that plug.
