PetesPower stands behind our products and guarantees your satisfaction with every order.
If you feel you need to make a return, please ensure that you contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will process your refund as quickly as possible (less 20% restocking and shipping fees).
Please make certain that your item(s) meet all the Return Requirements below before submitting a return.
Return Requirements:

- Product must be in original, resalable condition
- All electrical parts, electric motors, special orders, and controllers are not returnable
- Returns should be free from scratches and/or defects, never having been used or installed
- Merchandise must be returned with all original packaging and documents
- Products cannot be returned with writing or labels on the packaging or merchandise
- An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is mandatory–returns received without an RMA cannot be approved for refund or exchange
